This is an old association of the intellectual refugees ;the poor victims of India's partition; who created this platform out of their strong cultural bondings to venture out their deep anguish , deprivation , through creativity. The institute was founded in 1951.
The most of founder members have passed away . The 4th generation is carrying the baton.
